Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of a resolution passed through circulation today, i.e., September 16, 2026, has determined and recorded September 16, 2026 as the effective date of appointment of Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer as the CEO and KMP of the Company. Concurrent to the assumption of office by Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, Mr. Nitish Mittersain has ceased to hold the position of CEO of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 15, 2026 and continues to serve as Managing Director and KMP of the Company. Except for the effective date of appointment stated above, all other details relating to the appointment of Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, as disclosed by the Company on August 3, 2026, remain unchanged.
