Shareholders meeting

Globus Spirits Limited has informed the Exchange regarding voting results of Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2026. The company has declared a final dividend of Rs.6.53/-, i.e. 65.30% per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The re-appointment of Mr. Amitabh Singh as Director who retires by rotation and re-appointment and approval of Remuneration of Sh. Ajay Kumar Swarup as Managing Director for another period of 5 years w.e.f. 01st December 2026 have been approved.
