Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Execution of Concession Agreement for PET-CT Diagnostic
Facilities at Selected Locations in the State of Punjab
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, pursuant to the Letter of Award
dated August 14, 2026 issued by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of
Punjab, acting through Punjab Health Systems Corporation (PHSC) (“Authority”), and the
Company’s acceptance thereof, all requisite formalities as per the tender requirements leading
to the execution of the Concession Agreement have been completed with the Authority for
development, operation and maintenance of PET-CT Diagnostic Facilities at 4 (four) selected
Government Hospitals in Punjab.
The Company has historically taken a measured approach towards the PET-CT segment and
had not pursued opportunities in this segment earlier. However, considering the growing
demand for PET-CT diagnostic services and the opportunity to leverage its established
capabilities in government healthcare partnerships, the Company has now decided to enter
this segment through a PPP opportunity. The project will be implemented under the Public
Private Partnership (PPP) model in the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer
(DBFOT) format for a Concession Period of 15 (fifteen) years. This marks a meaningful
expansion of the Company's revenue base into a new diagnostic service line, with long-term
cash revenue visibility over the 15-year Concession Period.
The project represents a considered expansion of the Company's diagnostic services portfolio
into a specialised and growing area of healthcare delivery, while building on Krsnaa's
established experience of partnering with State Governments. The combination of a long-term
concession framework, cash-based revenue model and access to established Government
Hospital locations provides a strong foundation for the Company's measured entry into the
PET-CT segment and further diversifies its revenue opportunities. It also strengthens the
Company's rapidly growing cash portfolio of government PPP partnerships across India and
supports its continued focus on expanding access to advanced diagnostic infrastructure and
quality healthcare services.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026
(as amended from time to time) are enclosed as Annexure.
You are requested to take the above information on your record.
