Shareholders meeting

AIA Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange regarding voting results of Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2026. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing ("VVCC") and Virtual Meeting ("OOAVVMM"). The voting results were in compliance with Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The resolutions passed with majority voting were: Final Dividend for the year 2025-26, which was paid in March 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Bhushan Kumar as a Director for a period of five years.
