Consequentty, the management and affairs of the Corporate Debtor are being conducted in accordance with the provisions of the lnsotvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("lBC") under the supervision of th-e Resotution professionat. Pursuant to Regutation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obtigations and Disctosure Requirements) Regutations, 2015, and other applicabte provis'ions, we hereby inform the Exchange that an apptication has been fited before ihe Hon,bte National Company Law Tribunat, Ahmedabad Bench, on 10.09.2026 under Section 60(5)(c) of the lnsotvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Section 425 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rute 11 of the Nationat Company Law tiibunai Rutes, 20i6, seeking jnitiation of appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for non-comptiance with the order dated 11.65.2026 [assed by the Hon'bte NCLT in CP(lB) 316 of 2025. The Hon'bte NCLT, vide its order dated 11.05.2026, had, inter atia, directed the OperalionaI Creditor to deposit/pay an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs onty) in advance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said order. The said order was received by the OC on 11.05.2026. According[y, the period stipuLated by the Hon,bte NCLT for making the aforesaid payment expired upon completion of two weeks fromlrre date of receipt of the order. However, despite the specific direction of the Hon'bte NCLT, the OC has faited and negtected to make the payment of Rs. 2,00,000/- ai directed. ln view of the aforesaid non-comp[iance, the appl.ication has beenJited before the Hon'bie NCLT seeking appropriate directions and initiat'ion of contempt proceedings against the Respondent for wittfut/non-comptiance of the order dated 1l.O5.20Z6.
