Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to inform you that Univastu India Limited has received a work order dated 14th September, 2026, received on 15th September, 2026 from the M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited, Construction for ‘Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of E&M works, including Compressor Capacity Expansion and piping works at Gaimukh Inspection Pit for MMRDA Line 4 and 4A Project. The contract value is Rs. 20,64,385.00/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-Five Only) plus 18% GST amounting to Rs. 3,71,589.30/- (Three Lakh Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Nine and Thirty Paise Only) = Total contract value is Rs. 24,35,974.30 (Rupees Twenty-Four Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-Four and Thirty Paise Only). In this connection, we are submitting the Additional Details as required under SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015. Additional details regarding receipt of order are as under: A.
