Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Committee of Directors (Operations) have approved the allotment of 42,250 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on September 15, 2026 pursuant to exercise of vested stock Options by the grantees under ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2018’ (ESOS 2018) and ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2024’ (ESOS 2024). As a result of the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 3,75,09,95,320 /- consisting of 37,50,99,532 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 3,75,14,17,820 /- consisting of 37,51,41,782 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each. Further, we would like to confirm that the above allotted shares rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company. The Company is in the process of completing the other formalities with respect to listing of the said allotted equity shares.
