Sub: Clarification on Outcome of Board Meeting of the Company& Standalone EPS reported in the
XBRL filing
Reg: Spacenet Enterprises India Limited ("The Company"); Symbol: SPCENET
With reference to your email dated 15th September,2026 regarding the Outcome of the Board Meeting
Financial Results submitted to the Exchange on 14 August 2026, we wish to clarify that the mismatch
observed in the Standalone EPS reported in the XBRL filing occurred due to an inadvertent
typographical/data entry error while uploading the financial results in XBRL format.
The same was purely clerical in nature and there is no change in the financial results approved by the
Board of Directors and submitted to the Exchange in PDF format. In this regard we request the
exchange to allow the company to rework the XBRL (Standalone) and to Resubmit the revised XBRL.
The Company regrets the inadvertent error and shall ensure due care in future filings.
