Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III thereto, we are pleased to inform that the Company has successfully commenced commercial production at its newly established manufacturing unit (Unit 3) for Wires and Cables located at R.S. Nos 78/2 & 78/3, Village Karad, Silvassa, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India, with effect from 15 September 2026. This new unit is located close to the Company’s existing units in Silvassa. The new facility has a total planned capacity of 18,000 MT per annum. The commercial production has commenced with the current operational capacity of 12,000 MT per annum, and the total capacity of 18,000 MT per annum is expected to be ready by December 2026.
