(‘TC Canada’), a subsidiary of the Company, in relation to tax claims raised by the Canada Revenue Agency (‘CRA’). As an update to the matter, the Company wishes to inform that TC Canada and the CRA have reached an agreement in principle to settle the issue pertaining to claims for taxes on income on account of the International Telecommunications Services business of TC Canada. The Company had on June 28, 2025 already intimated the stock exchanges about an in-principle agreement for settling the claims pertaining to the Signaling business of TC Canada. There is no material impact currently expected on the financials of the Company pursuant to this in principle agreement for settlement. By way of update vide our letter dated June 28, 2025, the Company had informed that TC Canada and CRA had reached an agreement in principle to settle the issue pertaining to the determination of the taxable income of the Signaling business of TC Canada. Per the latest development, TC Canada and CRA have reached an agreement in principle on September 14, 2026 to settle the issue pertaining to international telecommunications services rendered by TC Canada. 2.
