Further to the intimation dated 09 July 2026, we wish to inform that pursuant to clause 18 of the scheme of amalgamation of D V S Industries Private Limited with the Company, NCLT has approved for consolidation of Authorized share capital of DVS Industries Private Limited with the share capital of the Company. 2. Accordingly, the authorized share capital of the Company has increased to ₹63,50,00,000 divided into 6,35,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10/-. The share capital will get updated in the Master data of the Company subject to approval of Form INC-28 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. 3. Consequent to the same, clause V of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) is amended with the increased share capital of ₹63,50,00,000 divided into 6,35,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10/-.
