Subject: Closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of Meesho Limited (“the Company”) in terms
of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended (“SEBI PIT Regulations”)
Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and
their Immediate Relatives and the SEBI PIT Regulations, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for
dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate
Relatives with effect from Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 (Forty-
Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the
Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026 (“Financial Results”).
The date of the Board Meeting to, inter alia, consider and approve the aforesaid Financial Results for the quarter
and half year ending September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
