The Board of Directors of Era Infra Engineering Limited 1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited standalone financial results of Era Infra Engineering Limited (the Company) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (the Statement) attached herewith, being submitted by the Company pursuant to the reqQJirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as ameflded (the listing Regulations). 2. The Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, "Interim Financial Reporting-('Ind AS 34'), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, read with relevant rQJles issued thereunder and other accounting prinCiples generally accepted in India and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based on our review. 3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410, "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity", issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). A review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of personnel responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review II procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with the Standards on I Auditing specified under Section 143(10) of the Companies Act, 2013 and consequently does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. We draw your attention to, Note 2 to the standalone financial results regarding that during the period ended June 30, 2026, the management has prepared the quarterly financial results for the financial year 2025-26 based on the books of account and other available financial records of the company for the purpose of complying with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LOOR Regulations). The quarterly financial results for the quarters ended June 30, 2025, September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2025 were not subjected to a limited ~eview by the statutory auditors, as no quarterly financial results were reviewed or published during the financial year 2025-26. Only the annual financial statements of the Company fo~ the year ended Marc~ 31,2026 have been subjected to audit by the statutory auditors. Accordingly, the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 represent the balancing figures derived from the audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 3', 2026 and the unaudited financial information for the nine-month period ended December 31,2025, prepared by the Management. These quarterly financial results have been prepared solely to comply with the applicable requirements of the SEBI LODR Regulations and should be read in conjunction with the allidited annual financial statements for the year ended March 3',2026.
