With reference to the observation raised by your good office regarding the standalone and
consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June, wherein the figures reported under both
standalone and consolidated financial results are the same, we wish to clarify as under:
The Company has a subsidiary company; however, the subsidiary did not have any operational activity
during the quarter ended June and there were no significant financial transactions, income,
expenditure or other financial impact arising from the subsidiary during the said period.
Accordingly, upon consolidation of the financial results of the subsidiary with those of the Company,
there has been no change in the figures reported under the standalone financial results. Consequently,
the figures appearing under the standalone and consolidated financial results are the same.
We request your good office to kindly take the above clarification on record.
