We are enclosing herewith a brief release regarding the same for updating our investors. Request you to upload the same under the appropriate section of your website. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, For Renaissance Global Limited CS Vishal Dhokar Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Encl.: As Above PRESS RELEASE Renaissance Global Limited Wins IGJA Award 2024-25 for Silver Jewellery at the 52nd India Gem & Jewellery Awards Mumbai, September 15, 2026: Renaissance Global Limited ("Renaissance" or "the Company") has been named the winner of the prestigious IGJA Award 2024–25 in the Silver Jewellery category, presented by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) at the 52nd India Gem & Jewellery Awards held at the Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai. The ceremony was graced by Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Cooperation, as the Chief Guest. The award adds to a long-standing list of GJEPC recognitions the Company has received in the silver studded jewellery segment over the years, and comes at a time when India's gem and jewellery exports have held steady at US$28.5 billion in FY 2024-25 despite a challenging global trade environment. GJEPC has also laid out a longer-term target of scaling the sector's exports to US$100 billion by 2040. Renaissance's silver studded jewellery business supplies retail and wholesale customers across the United States, United Kingdom and other overseas markets, supported by the Company's in-house design and manufacturing operations. Mr. Sumit Shah, Chairman, Renaissance Global Limited, said: "This award belongs to every person on our shop floor and in our design studio who works to get each piece right. Silver has quietly become one of the more important parts of our export business, and being recognized by GJEPC for it, year after year, tells us we're building something durable rather than a one-off number. Trade conditions this year haven't been easy for the industry, and that makes an award like this matter even more. We'll keep putting the effort into the things that got us here — product, people and the relationships we've built with our overseas partners."
