The Company has acknowledged his resignation, and he is relieved from his duties w.e.f. close of business hours on 25th June, 2026. Further, consequent to his resignation, he shall also cease to hold the positions of Compliance Officer under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and authorized person for determining materiality of events and for making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. A copy of his resignation letter is attached as Annexure - B. The Company is in the process of appointment of a new Company Secretary of the Company within prescribed time limit and will inform you accordingly.
