This presentation is adopted as it provides a clearer and more detailed view of the Company’s financial performance and assists stakeholders in understanding the sources of income and the impact of financing activities. This method enhances the comparability and comprehensibility of the financial statements and is in line with the disclosure practices outlined in the Guidance Note on Division II – Ind AS Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. We acknowledge that the XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) format used for regulatory filing follows a predefined taxonomy, which may not provide for a separate classification of Finance Income and instead includes it under the broader heading of “Other Income.” While there may be a difference in presentation due to format limitations, we confirm that the underlying financial data is consistent and accurate across both the published and XBRL formats.” This is for your information and records.
