Shareholders meeting

DS Kulkarni Developers Limited held its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 10, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 7 promoters and 10 public shareholders. Five resolutions were passed, including the adoption of the audited standalone financial statement for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the appointment of a director in place of Sumit Ramesh Diwane. The resolutions were passed with 100% approval from the promoters and public shareholders.
