2026. Company had submi(cid:425)ed Consolidated Result for period ended March 2026. (Only Standalone
Result Received). for Quarter Ended - June 2026
Clarifica(cid:415)on
The Company’s subsidiary viz. Global Composites Holdings Inc was dissolved by the Secretary of State,
Minnesota on May 21, 2026 and no subsidiary or holding company exists as on 30th June 2026.
Consequent to the dissolu(cid:415)on of the Subsidiary, the Company has, in the quarter ended on 30th June
2026 derecognised its investment in the Subsidiary and loss of Rs. 1.50 lakhs recorded in the Profit &
Loss Account. Therefore no consolidated financial statements prepared for the quarter ended on 30th
June 2026. The same has reported in Note No. 11 to the Notes to the Financial Statement submi(cid:425)ed
to the Stock Exchanges.
