(CRISIL) has voluntarily assigned an ESG Rating of ‘Crisil ESG 61’ (Rating Category: Strong) for the FY 2025-26. The Company in this context would like to state that it has not engaged CRISIL for the said ESG Rating. CRISIL has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY 2025-26 of the Company available in public domain. It has been intimated to us by Crisil that they have published the ESG Rating on their website https://www.crisilesg.com in line with SEBI ERP Regulations. It is hereby clarified that the aforesaid is only an ESG Rating as distinguishable from credit rating or any other similar terminology specified in the SEBI LODR Regulation or any other circular issued by SEBI in relation thereto.
