Nature and details of the action(s) taken or order(s) A penalty of Rs. 12,91,728/- (Rupees passed; Twelve Lakh Ninety-One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-Eight only) was levied by the GST Authority for non-generation of the E-Invoice, which has been paid under protest to secure immediate release of the vehicle and to avoid further demurrage and operational loss.
