Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the submission of the Consolidated Financial Results of Globe Civil Projects Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report thereon. We wish to inform the Exchange that, while scanning/compiling the Consolidated Limited Review Report for uploading along with the Financial Results, one page containing Point No. 4 of the Limited Review Report was inadvertently left out from the document uploaded on the Stock Exchange portal. The Company became aware of the aforesaid inadvertent omission upon receipt of an observation/query from BSE Limited in this regard. Upon reviewing the submission, the Company noted that the said page had inadvertently been omitted during the scanning/compilation process. We hereby clarify that the aforesaid omission was purely inadvertent and does not involve any change in the Financial Results or the contents/substance of the Limited Review Report. The Company has taken immediate corrective action and has submitted/uploaded the complete Limited Review Report in the prescribed format, including the inadvertently omitted page, with BSE Limited pursuant to the observation received from the Exchange.
