The Company had informed on 9th September 2026 about receipt of Order dated 7th September 2026 of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (“NCLT”) (“Order”), inter alia, dispensing with the requirement of convening and holding meetings of the equity shareholders of the unsecured creditors of the Company.
