Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015”), we wish to inform that on Friday, September 11, 2026, the Company has received an Appeal Order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (S.T.) (Appeals), Vellore and Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore Camp, Tamil Nadu, whereby the appeal filed by the Company against the Demand Order dated April 30, 2024 which was received under Section 73 of TNGST & CGST Acts, 2017 has been rejected and the Demand Order has been upheld. The said Order is appealable and Company is in the process of filing the appeal before the appropriate authority. Hence, we believe that there will not be any material impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the Company due to issuance of the aforesaid Appeal Order.
