Closure of trading window

Wonderla Holidays Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as per the company's code of conduct.
