The Proposed Reduction involves utilisation of ₹20,501.60 million out of the balance of ₹21,589.99 million standing to the credit of the Securities Premium Account of the Company to fully set off its Accumulated Losses amounting to ₹20,501.60 million as on March 31, 2026, thereby eliminating such losses from its books of account and presenting a true and fair view of its financial position.
