It is affirmed that Mr. Kamal Khushlani has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any Order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. With over 34 years of experience in the apparel industry and a keen eye for fashion and style, Mr. Kamal Khushlani has successfully built the Company from the ground up. He has created, nurtured and led the brand “Mufti”, which was launched in 1998 and has evolved into one of India’s leading menswear brands.
