Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Jinkushal Industries Limited ('the Company'), has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong under the name 'HEXCO GLOBAL HK LIMITED' on 10th September 2026. The newly incorporated entity has been established to support and expand the Group's international business activities relating to Sale and purchase of heavy equipment, machinery, machinery spare parts and allied activities in the East Asia region. The entity is presently in the initial incorporation and commercial establishment stage. It has not commenced commercial operations. As on the date of this disclosure, the entity has not commenced revenue-generating operations and accordingly has no material turnover or business transactions. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and the applicable SEBI Circular is enclosed as Annexure-I.
