In continuation to the above, we wish to inform that the Company has received Appeal Order from the Commissioner (Appeals-III), CGST & Central Excise, Mumbai, Maharashtra on September 10, 2026, confirming the total tax demand including interest and penalty as mentioned in the aforesaid GST Order. The said Appeal Order will have no adverse material impact on the financial operations of the Company and the same shall be further contested by way of an appeal before the GST Appellate Tribunal.
