This is with reference to our earlier intimation letter ref: SHAI/B&S/SE/84/2026-27 dated August 14, 2026, regarding submission of an application to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 14, 2026, under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI LODR, seeking their no-objection/approval for reclassification of the members of the Promoter/Promoters group from the “Promoter/Promoter group” category to the “Public” category. Industrial Glass Fiber Industries and Interics: The business of Industrial Glass Fiber Industries and Interics, stand wound up with effect from March 31, 2024 and hence the entities have ceased to exist. In view of the same and pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI LODR they automatically cease to form part of the promoter group of the Company. IDC Electronics Limited: The Company has received request from the promoters for withdrawal of reclassification application filed with respect to IDC Electronics Limited. The Company shall make necessary steps for processing the withdrawal of reclassification application filed with the stock exchanges with respect to the aforesaid entities subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company.
