Limited has received an approval letter dated 11 September 2026 from the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Hisar Airport Project, approving the Company as a Specialized Agency for carrying out the Power Supply System works at the Hisar Airport Project. The approval covers specialized works relating to the Power Supply System, including substation equipment, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, cabling, APFC panels, etc. The details of disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is as per ‘Annexure-I’ attached herewith.
