Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) – Intimation of order passed
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of the Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and Circular
no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (“Circular”), we wish to inform you
that the company has received an order dated September 09, 2026, from the Office of the Deputy
Commissioner of Appeals, Chennai (Central), Tamil Nadu for the period July 2017 to March 2018 upholding
interest demand of INR 8,37,680/- comprising of CGST: INR 1,02,449 and SGST: INR 7,35,231.
Based on the merits of the matter, prevailing law and the advice of the consultant, the Company is planning
to appeal against this order in line with the provision of Section 112 of SGST Act, 2017 and reasonably
expect favourable order from the appellate authorities.
The information as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 the SEBI Listing
Regulations and with reference to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-
POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are disclosed as under:
