Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and with reference to our earlier intimation dated April 28, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of Members of the Company to receive the dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company scheduled to be held on September 25, 2026. The dividend of Re. 1.00/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 2.00/- each, as recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2025-26 at its meeting held on April 28, 2026, subject to the approval of the Members, shall be paid to those Members, whose names appear as beneficial owners as at the close of the business hours on Friday, September 18, 2026 (“Record Date”) in the list of beneficial owners to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited in respect of the shares held in dematerialised form. The dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, subject to deduction of tax at source, a s applicable.
