The occasion was graced by the presence of Shri Suvendu Adhikari, Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal, along with Dr. Swapan Dasgupta, Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of West Bengal, and Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal.
