Dear Sir/Ma’am, Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”), as amended, we hereby inform you that the Company has received a request dated 10.09.2026 from M/s. Altius Buildcon Private Limited, forming part of the “Promoter Group” of the Company, seeking re-classification from the “Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category. M/s. Altius Buildcon Private Limited holds 5 (Five) equity shares of the Company (ISIN: INE268L01046), constituting 0.00% of the total paid-up equity share capital and of the total voting rights of the Company, and has confirmed in its request that it satisfies the conditions specified in clause (b) of Regulation 31A(3) of the SEBI LODR. The rationale stated in the request is that it is not associated with the Company in any manner, directly or indirectly, other than in its capacity as a shareholder. A copy of the request letter along with undertaking received from M/s. Altius Buildcon Private Limited is enclosed herewith. The said request will be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company for its analysis and views in the immediate next meeting of the Board or within two months from the date of receipt of the request, whichever is earlier, in terms of Regulation 31A(3)(a)(ii) of the SEBI LODR. The Company will thereafter take all further steps in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR, including making an application to the Stock Exchanges seeking their no-objection within five days of consideration of the request by the Board of Directors. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 31A(8)(a) of the SEBI LODR.
