(IST) through Video Conferencing, which concluded at 12:50 P.M. (IST). The Chairperson welcomed the members of the Committee of Creditors and other participants and recorded appreciation to the financial creditors for consenting to convene the meeting. The agenda items as per the notice convening the meeting and other matters placed before the Committee were deliberated upon by the CoC and the following decisions were taken by show of hands: i. Approval for engagement of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM”) as legal counsel for providing CIRP legal advisory and CIRP/IBC litigation services; and ii. Ratified convening the 7th meeting of the CoC at a shorter notice. The Other Agenda Item relating to approval of clarification / addendum to the eligibility criteria for consortium applicants prescribed under the Invitation for Expression of Interest issued for the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor was discussed and decided to put up for e-voting. The results of the e-voting process, will be intimated to the stock exchanges once the voting window is concluded and the final report is compiled. This is for your kind information and record.
