The Board of Directors of IHH wishes to announce that the Court has delivered its judgment in respect of NTK’s Claim against Daiichi Sankyo. On 10 September 2026, the Court has decided that all of NTK’s claims are dismissed and NTK shall bear the costs of the litigation. NTK respectfully disagrees with the Court’s decision and maintains firm confidence in the merits of its position. NTK is reviewing the judgment in detail with its legal counsel and is evaluating all legal remedies to pursue the relief it believes is warranted. NTK remains committed to vigorously protecting its rights and interests through every appropriate legal channel.
