Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 31st July, 2026 to Tuesday, 4th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and determining the names of members eligible to receive dividend. The Record date for this purpose is Thursday, 30th July, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the AGM will be paid on or after 13th August, 2026. Kindly take the same on record.
