Brief profile Mr. Aditya Jhawar is a member of the (in case of appointment) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has nearly two decades of experience in institutional financial services and corporate advisory, with expertise across diverse sectors, including the automotive industry, where he has extensively tracked and covered original equipment manufacturers and auto ancillary companies. He has extensive experience across banking and financial institutions, supported by strong relationships with institutional investors, strategic business analysis capabilities and experience in stakeholder engagement. With his diverse professional experience and industry expertise, he is expected to play a key role in advancing the Company's growth and business transformation initiatives. 4.
