Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the Company along with Devyani International Limited, has filed a joint application with the Competition Commission of India, under the Competition Act, 2002 read with Regulations made thereunder, in connection with the proposed merger of the Company with and into Devyani International Limited, as contemplated in the Scheme.
