Anandan (who has ceased to be a director on the Board of the Bank upon such appointment). Shri Divesh Sehara is currently serving as Joint Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services. The detailed profile of Shri Divesh Sehara shall be submitted in due course. There is no inter se relationship between Shri Divesh Sehara and the other Directors of the Bank and he is not debarred from holding the office as a Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
