The Turbine was part of the newly commissioned manufacturing facility of 825 TPD, commissioned on 26th May, 2026 located at Bhatgaon, Galgalia Check Post, Thakurganj Block, District- Kishanganj, Bihar- 855106. The Company's other manufacturing operations continue to operate normally and remain unaffected. On 26th August, 2026, damage was detected in the rotor and fan of The Turbine, which was immediately sent for inspection. At the time of preliminary assessment, it was indicated that the repair would be completed within a couple of days and was not expected to be material. However, on detailed assessment during the actual repair process, it is now anticipated that The Turbine should be fixed, installed and recommissioned within approximately 35 days from the date of initial discovery of damage, i.e approximately by 30th September, 2026. The requisite details as per the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is currently assessing the extent of operational and financial damage pursuant to such damage. Whether loss/damage covered by insurance The loss/damage is covered by insurance. or not including amount Estimated impact on the The newly commissioned 825 TPD, was production/operations in case of strikes/lock running at approximately 50% capacity outs utilization. For the said period during which The Turbine will be under repair, this additional capacity will not be operational. However, the Company has requisite stock to service its existing and ongoing orders which remain unaffected.
