Dear Sir/ Madam,
ln accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR Regulations"), we wish to inform you that there
has been some damage detected in the rotor and fan of one of our turbines (“The Turbine”) having
capacity of 10 MW. The Turbine was part of the newly commissioned manufacturing facility of 825
TPD, commissioned on 26th May, 2026 located at Bhatgaon, Galgalia Check Post, Thakurganj Block,
District- Kishanganj, Bihar- 855106. The Company's other manufacturing operations continue to
operate normally and remain unaffected.
On 26th August, 2026, damage was detected in the rotor and fan of The Turbine, which was
immediately sent for inspection. At the time of preliminary assessment, it was indicated that the repair
would be completed within a couple of days and was not expected to be material. However, on
detailed assessment during the actual repair process, it is now anticipated that The Turbine should be
fixed, installed and recommissioned within approximately 35 days from the date of initial discovery of
damage, i.e approximately by 30th September, 2026.
The requisite details as per the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-
POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A.
This disclosure shall also be made available on the website of the Company at
