Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the Company along with Sapphire Foods India Limited has filed a joint application with the Competition Commission of India, under the Competition Act, 2002 read with Regulations made thereunder, in connection with the proposed merger of Sapphire Foods India Limited with and into the Company, as contemplated in the Scheme. The aforesaid filing forms part of the regulatory approval process in connection with the Scheme. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
