Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, the Company has fixed Friday, 18th September, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of
determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to receive Final Dividend of Rs. 1/
(Rupees One only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid-up
for the Financial Year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing
Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, 26th September, 2026, shall be paid within 30 days,
subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
