The Hon’ble Supreme Court, upon consideration of the Review Petitions, has held that there was no error apparent in the judgement dated February 13, 2026 passed in Civil Appeal nos. 4570-4571 of 2021 (“Judgement”) (which has been separately disclosed to the stock exchanged vide letter dated February 14, 2026) and that no case for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 had been established. Accordingly, the Review Petitions were dismissed.
