Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) read with sub-
clause 20 under Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereunder, we wish to inform that the Hon’ble Supreme Court
of India has, vide its order dated July 28, 2026 (uploaded on September 08, 2026), dismissed the Review
Petitions filed in relation to the respective Civil Appeals, involving Reliance Communications Limited (‘Company”)
in Civil Appeal No. 4570 of 2021 and Reliance Telecom Limited (“RTL”) (a subsidiary of the Company) in Civil
Appeal No. 4571 of 2021 (“Order”).
The Hon’ble Supreme Court, upon consideration of the Review Petitions, has held that there was no error
apparent in the judgement dated February 13, 2026 passed in Civil Appeal nos. 4570-4571 of 2021
(“Judgement”) (which has been separately disclosed to the stock exchanged vide letter dated February 14,
2026) and that no case for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 had been
established. Accordingly, the Review Petitions were dismissed.
The details required to be disclosed as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure – A.
The aforesaid Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court is enclosed herewith Annexure - B for your information and
records.
