We wish to further inform you that the Transferor Companies and Transferee Company, have filed the Certified True Copy of the NCLT Order in e-Form INC 28, sanctioning the Scheme of Merger and Amalgamation with their Jurisdictional Registrar of Companies today i.e. September 10, 2026 (Effective date).
