Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400 001 Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Code: 532543 Scrip Symbol: GULFPETRO Dear Sir/ Madam, Sub: Update on Exclusivity Agreement with Incubit DMCC In continuation of the disclosures made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges on August 19, 2026, and August 26, 2026, in relation to the Exclusivity Agreement with Incubit DMCC, the Company hereby requests that the name “Incubit DMCC” appearing in the aforesaid disclosures be read as “Incubit Management Consultants DMCC (Incubit DMCC)”, being the full and correct name of the entity. Further, pursuant to the recommendation of the Board Members, the terms of the Exclusivity Agreement have been amended such that the amount of USD 100,000, referred to as the “Exclusivity Fee”, shall henceforth be referred to as the “Exclusivity Deposit” in the Exclusivity Agreement. Further, in the event the proposed transaction is not consummated in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the entire Deposit shall be refunded by Incubit DMCC to the Company within the stipulated period. Save and except for the aforesaid clarification/update, there is no change in the disclosures, terms or status of the proposed transaction as communicated to the Stock Exchanges earlier.
