Towers Bandra (East) Dalal Street, Mumbai - 400001 Mumbai - 400051 Maharashtra, India Maharashtra, India Scrip Code: 532486 Symbol: POKARNA Sub: Intimation of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review 2024-25 for Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”) Dear Sir/Madam, Reference the captioned subject, we wish to inform that the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, USA (“Commerce”), has issued its Preliminary Results in the administrative review of the antidumdputyi norgde r concerning certain quartz surface products from India for the period June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. The wholly owned material subsidiary of Pokarna Limited, which is Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL), was selected by Commerce as one of the mandatory respondents for individual examination in the said administrative review. Based on the preliminary determination, Commerce has preliminarily determined that PESL did not make sales of aforesaid merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) i.e., from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Accordingly, PESL’s anti-dumping duty for the said period has been preliminarily determined to be 0%. These results do not take effect now, but may serve as an indication of the final duty rates the Commerce is expected to issue latest by March,2027. The Company will continue to monitor the proceedings and will make further disclosures, as and when required, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
