Sub: Clarification regarding Increase in Volume
This is with reference to your communication vide e-mail dated September 09, 2026
having Reference No.: NSE/CM/Surveillance/17529, seeking clarification in respect to
increase in the volume of the Company's Securities across Exchanges, in the recent past.
In this regard, we wish to clarify that the company has been disseminating all the required
information through the stock exchanges on a timely basis. The company is not in
possession of any information that is withheld and requires dissemination now.
As regards the recent developments, M/s. ICRA Limited assigned BBB rating with stable
outlook for two of our subsidiary companies on September 08, 2026 and the same has been
intimated to the stock exchanges on early hours of September 09, 2026.
We further wish to clarify that our business is seasonal in nature and the second quarter
performance every year would be better. The recent spurt in the volume may be in the
anticipation of the same coupled with our capex initiatives informed through the
exchanges earlier
