Rotation.
2. ReapPointment of Mr V Sriraman (DIN: 00207480) as a Wholetime Director for a
period of 3 years w.e.f. 18th May 2026.
3. Reappointment of Mr KSM Rao (DIN 02096588) as an Independent Director for a
second term of continuous five years with effect from the close of the AGM (09~09-
2026).
